It was a really lovely book. Full of courage, sadness and a wonderful insight into Norman and his father's relationship. What fascinates me is how an 11 year old deals with the 'what if...' of tragedy and how that is carried on his shoulders through puberty to adulthood.
It has not made it on to my top-ten favs but still a very interesting and worthwhile read. Um.. what to read next???
